Aimed at learners who are already working in or aspiring to work in adult social care settings. Includes topics such as: Principles of communication in adult social care settings, Personal development in adult social care settings, Safeguarding and protection in health and social care, Diversity, equality and inclusion in adult social care settings, Implementing the duty of care in health, social care and young children's settings, the role of the social care worker and Person centred approaches in adult social care settings.
This qualification is assessed by a portfolio of work by the learner submitted on our online platform. This qualification can be completed from your own home and at your own pace. Guided learning hours for this qualification is 389 hours.
